1 Introduction
Our Terms of Service (TOS) are written to be read by the average person. By ordering services from WLServices LLC, or by continuing to use them after any update to these terms, you agree to be bound by this agreement. This TOS, together with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and any service-specific Special Conditions, constitutes the entire agreement between you and WLServices LLC.
2 Disclaimer of Warranties
WLServices LLC shall not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. We make no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, for the services we provide, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, or any service interruptions.
WLServices LLC is not responsible for material published by third parties on our network, nor for the content of external websites linked from our platform. We disclaim any responsibility for inappropriate use of our services by others.
3 Service Rates
Customers acknowledge that the service rates and initial charges have been communicated to them before purchase. WLServices LLC reserves the right to change rates prospectively. Any rate changes will be communicated to customers with a minimum of 30 days' notice by email, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Promotional pricing is contingent on WLServices LLC achieving and maintaining its service cost goals.
4 Payment
Services are established upon receipt of payment for the stated charges. Service will be suspended on accounts that are past due. Accounts not paid by the due date may be subject to a reconnection charge and/or late fee, at the sole discretion of WLServices LLC.
WLServices LLC will temporarily suspend service and subsequently terminate this agreement if payment is not received within 3 days past the due date.
5 Cancellation
To cancel your account, submit a cancellation request through your Client Area at least 15 days before the account expiry date. Failure to notify cancellation may result in services being billed for the next period.
Only the authorised account holder or an authorised contact may cancel the account. Authorised contacts are appointed solely by the account holder. Upon cancellation, the customer will be billed for any excess usage during the current billing period.
6 Refunds & Disputes
All payments to WLServices LLC are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law (see Section 7 — Right of Withdrawal for EU/EEA customers). This includes setup fees and all subsequent charges regardless of usage.
Invoices paid more than once via multiple PayPal subscriptions can only be credited to the account and cannot be refunded via PayPal. If you require assistance, please contact our support team.
If you are a business customer (B2B) and you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute that WLServices LLC, in its sole discretion, considers a valid charge under this TOS and/or AUP, you agree to pay an administrative fee of no less than €50 and no more than €250, and the service will be immediately terminated. For consumer customers in the EU/EEA, this clause applies only to chargebacks that are demonstrably fraudulent or abusive, and does not restrict any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
7 Right of Withdrawal (EU / EEA Customers)
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, as updated).
However, by ordering a digital service (hosting, streaming, VPS) and requesting that service delivery begin immediately, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- You waive your right of withdrawal once the service has been activated and delivery has begun.
- This waiver is recorded at the time of purchase in your order confirmation.
If service delivery has not yet begun, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days by contacting us at support. A full refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request.
8 PayPal Subscriptions
WLServices LLC does not accept responsibility for customers who cancel their services but fail to cancel their PayPal recurring subscription. The customer bears full responsibility for any charges resulting from an active PayPal subscription after service cancellation.
9 Suspension & Termination
WLServices LLC reserves the right to suspend network access to any customer if, in the judgment of our administrators, the customer's account is the source or target of a violation of this TOS, the AUP, or any applicable law.
If inappropriate activity is detected, all accounts of the customer in question may be deactivated pending investigation. Prior notification is not guaranteed. In extreme cases, law enforcement may be contacted. The customer will not receive credit for the period of suspension.
You must provide accurate and current contact information at all times. WLServices LLC reserves the right to terminate any service for convenience, with reasonable prior notice where commercially practicable.
10 Denial of Service Attacks
In the event of a Denial of Service (DoS) or Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack, regardless of source or destination, an immediate null-route will be applied. If such attacks become a frequent occurrence, accounts and services may be terminated without refund.
11 Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for damages or losses due to failure of performance caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to war, strike, fire, earthquake, flood, embargo, governmental orders, supplier failure, or any other event outside the party's reasonable control. The affected party shall use commercially reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact promptly.
12 Backups & Data Loss
Your use of our services is at your sole risk. You are responsible for all files and data transferred to WLServices LLC servers, and for maintaining appropriate independent backups. While we may offer backup features, we do not guarantee their completeness or availability. WLServices LLC accepts no liability for data loss.
13 Communication & Confidentiality
To protect the privacy of both clients and staff, no part of our communications — including support tickets, emails, and instant messages — may be publicly disclosed under any circumstances without express written consent from WLServices LLC.
14 Data Protection & GDPR
WLServices LLC complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 and applicable national data protection laws. Although WLServices LLC is incorporated in Wyoming, USA, GDPR applies to us because we offer services to individuals in the EU/EEA (GDPR Article 3(2)).
Data location: All customer hosting data, files, and service infrastructure are hosted on servers located within the European Union. Personal data is therefore stored within the EU and does not require cross-border transfer mechanisms for routine service delivery. Where third-party infrastructure providers are used as subprocessors, we ensure they provide adequate data protection guarantees in accordance with GDPR Article 28.
Legal basis for processing (GDPR Art. 6): We process your personal data on the following bases:
- Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)): to provide the services you have purchased, manage your account, and process payments.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): to comply with applicable tax, accounting, and legal requirements.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): for fraud prevention, network security, and service abuse detection.
We collect and process personal data only as necessary. Your data is not sold to third parties. We retain personal data for no longer than required by law or our contractual obligations.
EU Representative (GDPR Art. 27): As a small business with limited and non-systematic processing of EU personal data, WLServices LLC may qualify for the Article 27 exemption. However, if you require a formal EU point of contact for data protection matters, please contact us via the support portal below and we will designate one upon request.
As a data subject, you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request erasure (subject to legal retention requirements), data portability, restrict or object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You may contact the data protection supervisory authority in your country of residence — a full list of EU/EEA authorities is available at edpb.europa.eu.
In the event of a personal data breach posing a risk to your rights, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours and inform affected individuals without undue delay (GDPR Art. 33–34).

15 Cookies
Our website uses cookies to improve your browsing experience and analyse site traffic. By continuing to use our website, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by adjusting your browser settings or using the cookie preference tool on our website. We do not use cookies for advertising profiling.
16 Acceptable Use & Illegal Activities
Using WLServices LLC services for illegal purposes — including transmission, distribution, or storage of content that violates any applicable law, regulation, or court order — will result in immediate service termination. This includes but is not limited to:
- Copyright or intellectual property infringement
- Content that threatens, harasses, or incites harm
- Distribution of malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, immediately reported to authorities
- Phishing, fraud, or identity theft
The customer is solely responsible for determining what laws and regulations apply to their use of our services.
Upon a first violation, the customer will receive a warning by email. The service may be temporarily suspended pending written confirmation to cease violations. Subsequent violations will result in immediate suspension or termination without further notice.
WLServices LLC reserves the right to drop IP address blocks involved in spam or DoS complaints where there is clear and immediate harm to third parties.
17 Zero Tolerance Spam Policy
We maintain a zero tolerance policy against unsolicited email (spam), bulk emailing, and the use of purchased or rented mailing lists. Spamvertised sites may not be hosted on our servers. Any account resulting in our IP space being blacklisted will be immediately suspended and/or terminated.
WLServices LLC reserves the right to charge the account holder a clean-up fee for blacklist removal costs. The amount is at the sole discretion of WLServices LLC.
No organisation listed in the ROKSO (Register of Known Spam Operations) may be hosted on our servers.
18 Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WLServices LLC, its officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Any service or product you provide using our infrastructure
- Material you supply that infringes a third party's intellectual property rights
- Copyright infringement
- Any defective product sold via WLServices LLC servers
19 Dispute Resolution (EU Online Dispute Resolution)
EU/EEA consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to resolve disputes: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
We encourage customers to contact our support team first to resolve any issue informally. We will endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 business days.
WLServices LLC may disclose subscriber information to law enforcement agencies without further consent or notification upon lawful request. We will cooperate fully with such agencies.
20 Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
For customers who are consumers resident in the European Union or European Economic Area, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence take precedence over this choice of law where they provide greater protection, and are not affected or waived by this clause. Nothing in this agreement limits any rights you have under applicable EU consumer protection law.
Any disputes with business customers (B2B) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming, USA. Consumers in the EU/EEA may also bring proceedings before the courts of their country of residence.
21 Changes to These Terms
WLServices LLC reserves the right to update this agreement at any time. Changes will be communicated to active customers by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
